Eligibility
B:E generally serves current and former foster and probation youth/young adults ages 18-26 with a connection to Alameda County. If you believe you meet eligibility and would like to request services, please submit the B:E intake application. To apply for housing, please submit a housing application (see link below).

Directions
BART: B:E’s office is a 5-minute walk from 19th Street BART. We are located two blocks south of BART at the S.W. corner of 19th Street and Webster. We are located on the 2nd Floor above “Mountain Mike’s Pizza”. Look for the “Bright Green Entrance” off on 19th Street.
I-880: From Southern Alameda County or Santa Clara County (I-880 Northbound), take I-880 north and exit “Oak Street” and turn right. From San Francisco, exit I-880 immediately after the Bay Bridge and continue southbound on I-880 and exit “Jackson Street” and continue down the frontage road to “Oak Street and turn left. Continue down Oak Street through to “Lakeshore Drive”. At “19th Street” merge left and continue to “343 19th Street” (on the left at the corner of 19th and Webster Street).
I-580: From East Alameda County (I-580 Westbound), take I-580 west and exit “Harrison St / Oakland Ave / MacArthur Blvd” and continue to Harrison St. and turn left. From North Alameda County and West Contra Costa County (I-580 Eastbound), take I-580 east and continue past the “MacArthur stack Interchange” to “Harrison St / Oakland Ave” exit, turn right at Harrison St. Continue west on Harrison Street to 19th Street and turn right. Continue down 19th Street to “343 19th Street” (on the left at the corner of 19th and Webster Street).
SR-24: From Contra Costa County (SR-24 West), continue west towards Oakland. Continue past I-580 onto I-980 and exit “18th St. / 14th St”. Continue to 17th street and turn left. Continue driving south down 17th Street to Harrison Street. Turn left on Harrison St. and drive 2 blocks east to 19th Street and turn left. Continue down 19th Street to “343 19th Street” (on the left at the corner of 19th and Webster Street).
