Programs & Services

B:E offers a range of services to support current and former foster youth in their transition to living as thriving, resilient, independent young adults, including:

B:E is staffed by a dedicated group of professionals with a wide range of experience in social work, mental health, social services, and the foster and emancipated youth population.

Our work is youth centered and strength based. We use a comprehensive coaching case-management model based around our CCRW Coaching Model for serving youth and connecting them to a wide array of intensive support services, both in-house and through other providers in the Bay Area.

Eligibility

B:E generally serves current and former foster and probation youth ages 14-26 with a connection to Alameda County. If you believe you meet eligibility and would like to request services, please submit the B:E intake application. Once approved for eligibility, please also submit the required consent forms: B:E Consent Forms Packet

B:E’s office is located at the S.W. corner of 19th Street and Webster in Downtown Oakland. We are located on the 2nd Floor above “Mountain Mike’s Pizza”. Look for the “Bright Green Entrance” off on 19th Street
